- Dave CoxOctober 25, 2011Nice hotel but nothing exceptional, certainly not worthy of the Waldorf Astoria brand. As a Hilton Diamond member I was disappointed with the service which is poor. No real benefits for Diamond member
- Christina JewellMay 31, 2013This place is great but the only bad thing is they don't have ceiling fans in the room?! It's Florida and a beach and no fans plus the air conditioner kind of sucks
- Love the frozen towels which are handed out to those on loungers or hammocks
- I paid for a room overlooking the beach and didn't have it!!! I'll never be back this place sure!
- Amanda DiveleyMarch 7, 2014You are paying for the property/amentities definitely not the room. Overpriced. Worst wireless internet, expect for it to never work. Great mojitos, even key lime! I recommend the jet ski tour.
- Joey JayFebruary 12, 2011Way overpriced. The layout is nice with a private beach but some staff are clueless. Valet and even self-parking is a huge rip-off and the "Island View" rooms look at rooftops and parking lots.
- Sadly, the WiFi is either insufficiently deployed or has a bad connection; it is so slow that many YouTube videos have constant pauses to rebuffed.
- Certainly not of the calibre of a Waldorf Astoria property. Mostly due to the horrible attitude of the entire staff and the poor quality of their food - will not return
- Is certainly the best hotel structure from Key West. But the service and the staff at reception are terrible. VERY expensive to poor service!!!
- Worst Piña Colada ever! $13USD with tax, and tasted awful. All prices here are absolutely insanely over-priced. And I travel often! Worst I've seen in the States.
- MICKY RIBERAFebruary 27, 2012Espectaculares vistas e instalaciones. Wifi gratis. Playa privada. 2 piscinas y un excelente Gym. Habitaciones amplias y camas comodísimas. Baño pequeño. Un poco caro.
- Aline RodriguesFebruary 21, 2015Ameiii!!! Jantar no Sun Sun com os pés na areia ao por do sol... E a comida maravilhosa!
