Overpriced, overrated. But because it's so famous it may be with going to once in your life just to see what it's like and be stunned by the MOUNTAIN of food they pile on your plate.

Do yourself a favor and don't order delivery to a hotel. We finally got our food ninety minutes and ten phone calls later and, big surprise, it was cold. Totally inept at delivering to a hotel.

Waiter said we get free piece of cheesecake and recommended strawberry.when sandwich was done he brought said cake.we were charged, and cashier said he must have been joking.not going back.

The WORST cheesecake I have ever had in my life. Super dry. Not enough strawberry sauce...12 bucks...huge slice but NOT worth it. Trust me. Go to Eileen's special cheesecake or to Junior's.

One time deal- huge portion sandwich with only meat, kind of a let down. Too big to eat on your own and it's an expensive split fee.

I think it was rude of the server to basically tell my friend to leave because he didn't want to eat, just because it's in ny. I think it's pretty dumb never again would I come back such a shame

Went there based on the reviews here. My faith in 4square reviews has been shaken. Chicken salad sandwich was dry and tasteless, burger likewise. Crazy overpriced.
