Free Wifi in the waiting area helps make getting your VW pretty painless. The waiting area is connected to the showroom - so you feel like a kid in a candy shop, surrounded by beautiful German cars.

Make sure you know that your appointment time may not be the same time they plan on working on your car, otherwise a pleasurable experience
