Don't stay here. Incompetent/lazy staff. Lounge employees = No English. ZERO sound-proofing, EVERYWHERE, all-floors. Staff says they'll fix something, next staffer won't. King bed = got a SMALL DBL?!?

Bruce HorthNovember 22, 2011Very poor internet access. DHCP scopes become exhausted quickly on the lobby hotspot. Also, access in the room is $12.95 and access in intermittent and again, very slow.

Liz CroftFebruary 15, 2012No free wifi anywhere now - not even in business lounge where you could pick up their restaurant. Nearest free is au Bon pain next door. Absolute pain and will not stay here again
Cancelled flight? Park Plaza will make it alright.

Worst service I have had at a hotel. Room was supposed to be for 4 ppl and it didn't have a bed. Rude cleaning staff. No Wi-fi. Never come here!
