Unusual dealership. Not uncommon to see a “market adjustment” of $10-15k; a practice most dealers frown on. Service dept shines and are helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars if you’re under warranty :)

Great service and I'm always treated like I'm more important than I am. I like it so much I bought a car from them. Love the vintage cars in the showroom.

Drop off service is great. Loaner system works well. Orlando who always helps me is very nice. Not sure why they don't have a pickup service though.

I've had many experiences with dealerships. Our experience with BMW of SF is by far the most disorganized, unprofessional, and downright appalling support we have ever received through a dealership.

I was surprised that their customer service improved. I was here to get some minor maintenance done like change oil and fix the wiper washer.

Don't take your car for appraisal here. Blue book value on mine is around 5k... They actually tried to get me sell to them for $800!! Not cool.

If you're getting service here, ask for Jorma; he's been pretty good. Warning, though: they have shuttle dropoff but no pickup :-b

If you drop your car fir servicing, you can take their shuttle downtown, or request a loaner.
