Great hideout off falls road. Loved the interior, friendly staff (thanks, Jerry!), and diverse selection of beers. Ask for the olive oil w hot peppersflakes. Drizzle it on your pizza and enjoy!
Have fun drawing on the tables, drinking from a great selection of craft beer (Evo heavy list) & enjoying duck duck goose pizza. Also, their gluten-free crust goes well with any of their pizzas.
The Margherita pizza was good, but not the best in Bmore. Had the meatballs with ricotta as an app & they were delish. The hard cider is a must & Moscato was also great!
In our review: There's more than just great pizza (try the one with duck confit) here. The calamari starter is a must, and try the salad of arugula and shaved fennel. Read more: http://bsun.md/WOrkBa
Great restaurant! I ordered the gnocchipolenta but I don't eat duck so they substituted it for wild boar - AMAZING! Please order this! Even the bartenders and waiters were salivating over it. Yum!
Baltimore's Best Bars 2013: "It can be tough finding a table at this Hampden pizza spot. The food is strong, and the bar backs it up with its emphasis on local draft beer." http://bsun.md/Iso22d
Delicious food! Be prepared for everything to come out as it's ready, not necessarily all at once. Oh and get the kale salad (even if you don't like kale) and the calamari!
The polenta was great. Got the papadelle with wild boar. Delish!! Finished the meal with the almond and figtorte with a scoop of olive oil and salted caramel ice cream. Perfect meal!
Pizza was amazing try the spicyfennel sausage or the the one with the duck egg (I forgot the official name) as drink a delicious @unionbrewing beer while you are here!
This place is a perfect example to how relatively good restaurant gets spoiled with attention and takes its place among the worst. If you want to eat frozen meatballs, bad pasta and tasteless pizza
