    The pool gets great sun in the afternoon-- don't be fooled by the morning shade. Also only a 20 minute walk to the train. Not bad, not bad.

    Avoid the single elevator at all costs.... Also, avalon is very corporate, they charge you through the roof and all you get is a call center when there's a problem
