    Grab a brochure and read through it. The brochure covers basically all you are going to read inside without needing to queue and shuffle along the somewhat boring museum.

    Make sure to get your ticket online early. Otherwise it's between trying your luck at getting it online last minute, or waiting for hours - which is not worth.

    Is had a moving experience in this place. It's not easy to be empathetic with what this family went through, due to the amount of tourists and noise, but I was grateful this place still existed.

    You should read her before your visit...Come early morning before 9 oclock and without luggage or backpack. They have free wi-fi.

    You need to pre-book online, otherwise the queue will inevitably be two hours long in the summer, even if you arrive at say 10.30am.

    No cameras allowed inside. Stairs are steep which may be trouble for elderly. Bottlenecking in some rooms due to video presentations, but overall still worth a visit.

    It's highly recommended to go as early as possible or go later in the afternoon. The queue is already very long at 11 am! + there is NO student reduction :(
