A must visit museum that will make you think twice and even get a bit emotional. The queue is always long, but it's worth to wait as you get to see the place where Anne and her family hid during WW2.

One of the musts while in Amsterdam. Make sure to buy a ticket online to skip the line. I didn't know about that and decided to wait in the line for about 2hours but it was sooo worth it.

A remarkable site with a remarkable and somber story, that turned out to be universal. A must. Seeing the diaries themselves is worth the price of admission. Be early because lines are certain.

Surreal experience to walk through the halls where Anne Frank wrote her famous diary. The Anne Frank Huis is a must see! Try to purchase your tix online. If not, be prepared to stand in a long queue!

Powerful experience. Truly a must do in Amsterdam - maybe more so in today's crazy world. Book on internet weeks before trip. Same day line is for entry after 3:30 and is easily a full 2 hours.

We waited an hour and a half, but it's worth the wait. If possible, buy tickets in advanced online so you can skip the line! Without tickets, you can't enter until after 3:30pm daily.

I've read this book so many times and was so happy to be here. Could't mind to stay one hour in the line, it worthed it! Seeing people taking the tour all in silence was amazing!!

I bought our tickets online so we didn’t wait. You feel extremely sad and emotional when you visit this place but the truth is that you learn a lot of things about this dark period of the history.

It'll leave an impression on you for the rest of your life! I visited it when I was 8 and I still remember it 10 years later. A must visit in Amsterdam. Reserve tickets beforehand to avoid lines

This is a must go if you are visiting Amsterdam. Only online tickets available and you should buy with 2 months in advance. They have a nice coffee place after you finish the tour.

This is the one place you absolutely have to see if you're in Amsterdam. Everyone needs to experience it, but make sure that you reserve tickets in advance - the line can be crazy if you don't

Chance the line at your peril. A cold Friday at 3PM and we had no queue. The next day it was 100 metres long and an hour plus wait. Well worth the low admission price and the memory of a young life

Must see place! Yes, you'll have to queue, but it's worth it. Powerful atmosphere. Take your time to read everything, see the pictures. Really emotional photos and video of Anne's father after the war

Words can't describe how emotional and heartbreaking it can be to visit this place. It has an impact on you and you definitely shouldn't miss this during your stay in Amsterdam. You get out a new you.

Really well put together and powerful exhibit. Audio guide included. We managed to get same day tickets online, so try looking at the website in the afternoon if you didn't book in advance.

Very good tour...got the regular tour (without the additional history intro) but even that’s full of the history behind it, takes a solid 1-1.5 hrs. Definitely recommend!

Once the hiding place of Anne Frank and her family during the war. Here you can experience the emotional and sad story based on her diary. Book (far) in advance online as there will be long queues.

It was worth queuing for an hour. The website let you book up to 2 months in advance but everything was booked out. You can enter without reservation after 3:30pm but come early

As you will have to wait in line for a while, use the Anne Frank House free Wifi. Or look around you; above the Anne Frank House are student houses, spy on them and try to find out what they're doing.

A must do while in Amsterdam, buy tickets online to skip the line. Go early to avoid the crowds while touring, cafe has wifi and makes a great carrot cake.

Had to wait a LONG time but with ticket can skip the queue. Was amazing to be where the Franks and van Pels had to hide out. The real bookshelf and diary are on display. A must see in Amsterdam!

I think the place is great, even people who hasn't read the books about Anne Frank had this special feeling in the house. I recommend to buy tickets in advance, specially if you're going in a weekend.

Though crowded, the crowds were expertly managed. This made for an intimate experience and a moving audio tour. Move at your own pace and truly reflect on what you’re hearing.

I waited for like 1h15mins, but it's worth it. The house is a must-see. You have also a restaurant in there and you can also buy Anne Frank books and other souvenirs.

The line is veeeeery long, brace yourself on cold and hot days. But it's well worth it. Also, try to make this the last stop of your day or trip, the impact is huge.

Book online to skip the line. Sometimes new tickets are released day of so check a few times in the morning too. Read at least the Wikipedia page of Anne Frank before coming if not the actual book.

Get there early, on a weekday, and buy tickets online a head of time. Otherwise the line is INSANE. Logistics aside, I found this museum to be very moving, and I'm really glad I saw it.

A woman comes around with a trolley while you're in the line to give out a leaflet. Very informative and helps pass the time. Or just go on the WIFI, why read when you can google?! Yay Google!

Worth the wait. We queued in at 7pm, so we only had to wait 45 minutes (compared to 2 hours during the day). Visit itself takes about 1 hr and they close at 9 in the summer

Buy your tickets online to avoid the wait. From the train station, take the bus 170, 171, 172 to the Westermarker stop (by the church) take the street car back to the station by #13, 14, 17.

Always purchase tickets a month or two weeks prior to make sure you don't have to stand in line. It's one of the many sad stories of WW 2. Personally Otto Frank is quite an inspiration.

Be prepared for long lines, but it's a must visit museum. Here you will better understand Anne's days during the War. It's impossible don't be emotional, and don't admire their love for life.

Don't be discouraged by the long line. From my experience it moves rather quickly (compared to other long lines.) For the quickest entrance, book tickets online well in advance and skip the wait.

Essential to visit if you come to Amsterdam. Come later in the day for shorter queues (open til 10pm) and download the free Anne's Amsterdam app before arriving.

If the queue is at the end of the square next to the taxi parking place, it will take you about 2hrs to enter the house. Just think about it.

Incredible experience. Harrowing and haunting. Get there early if you haven't booked in advance and make friends in the line - it'll make the wait more pleasant!
