Sarah OSeptember 30, 2014Close to BART. Walking during the night was a little sketch, but you are by the Civic Center. Very retro and the rooms are HUGE! Especially for SF. They have outdoor pool & fitness center!

Christine TranNovember 15, 2010Cute decor. Very Ikea! Room rates are reasonable. Within walking distance to all the shopping centers, Union Square and Chinatown. We even walked to Fisherman's Wharf! Free wifi.

Not sure how it's a BW 'Plus' by their standards!
Vincent MSeptember 25, 2017The room we stayed at had a portable a/c installed on the window, this was letting all the noise from the hotel hallways in.Some lights were broken, we called the front desk but they never fixed it 😞

Turn the fan light on in the bathroom since that will stay on all the time instead of turning off like the other light.
Nice room, but surrounding areas are not safe... I think!! If you walked along the street to block 8, you would meet some of homeless people. I don't even walk out at night.- Internet kinda sucks. Takes forever to load anything. Area is the greatest, but not too sketchy. Great Chinese restaurant across the street. Soup was superb!!!

Better make sure you have your reservation correct. Got a smaller room than I paid for. Room smells. Rooms retro bad. Bar closes at 11pm. Pics way better than actual place!!!

Beware of security! Apparently the hotel management does not talk to the security people. Our event of almost 120 people were shut down as we rolled our kegs into the hotel. And the Internet sucks her

Um lugar seguro, limpo e bem estruturado. Tem transporte perto para ir a qualquer lado, mas a noite a regiào é perigosa e chegar ou sair depois das 20h é aconselhavel que seja de taxi.
