Bagel Shop · Mile-End · 156 tips and reviews
Ada Juristovski: Come here for freshly warm bagels. Grab a plastic knife and invest in some cream cheese. Sit at the nearest bunch. Smell. Bite. Sigh. Death by bagel.
151 rue Rachel Est (coin De Bullion), Montréal, QC
Café · Plateau-Mont-Royal · 117 tips and reviews
Ada Juristovski: This had to be my favourite cafe in all of Montreal, if for nothing more than the LEGENDARY cookies (the rumours are true) and the incredibly cute, incredibly bilingual baristas.
Ada Juristovski: Famous for their apple-walnut rugoleh, this bakery is worth the trip to Mile End! If you're looking for something lighter the Kale salad is lovely. They don't take Visa, so bring your cash/debit.
4869 ave. du Parc (entre Villeneuve & St-Joseph), Montréal, QC
Wine Bar · Mile-End · 81 tips and reviews
Choucri Bechir: One of the best wine bars in Montreal, great food and can be very crowded so don't arrive late unless you're just here for a drink and you don't mind standing. Get the fries and the goat cheese !
904, rue Sherbrooke Ouest (entre McGill College & Mansfield), Montréal, QC
Café · Ville-Marie · 62 tips and reviews
Ada Juristovski: Skip the swirly chocolate thing, not worth your carb-intake. Good coffee otherwise. Across from McGill so expect lots of students and a chill study-vibe.
