The bar's backyard is outfitted with bright blue and red tables and benches, tiki-hut roofs and funky Pacific Island-themed torches and decor. It's a fun little hidden gem. Read more
It's super cheap. Classic tiki cocktails like Mai Tais, Bahama Mamas and Planters Punches run about $5 regularly, and tend to pack enough booze to bowl you over on your first round. Read more
Bright-blue drinks with umbrellas and tiki masks hanging on bamboo walls make a fitting setting for Bococa beachcombers sipping bowls of the Frozen Zombie, which comes with (a shot) in the straw. Read more
Absolutely solid backyard spot. Make sure you bring your friends because after a few frozen zombies you're going to be needing a helping hand to get in that car home.
Its awesome small intimate spot Mixxy crowd... They also have a fireplace, leather couches, and tables to play any type of board games overall perfect spot to hang out with your friends or your honey:)
A nice little selection of craft bottled beers at a reasonable price. The frozen zombie is a sweet concoction that is high in alcohol. A few of those and you'll become a zombie yourself.
Great crowded outdoor tiki themed backyard that closes at 12 so plan accordingly. Big bowls of drinks to share, some come lit on fire. Brooklyn without the "smelly homeless bearded hipster" vibe.
Zombie hut is the perfect place to escape the drudgery of contemporary life.. Unwind with a suffering bastard, BE the suffering bastard (you will be after several of these, trust me). Enjoy!
This spot is my happy place. It totally reminds me of Tiki Ti in Los Angeles, but you can actually walk around without bumping into ten people at once.
I thought this place might be too young or too camp for me, but with a fruity drink in my hand in their beautiful backyard, all those misconceptions melted away. Also: board games.
Frozen zombie is great. Mix well before sipping. Outdoor seating and board games are nice. They only serve hot pockets for food and do not allow outside food.
Perfect for a cute, low-key night out. There is an outside area that makes you feel more like you're on vacation and less like you're in NY. Atmosphere is great, drinks are cheap, and crowd is fun. Read more
Outdoor space, booze AND boardgames?!?!?!? This place is a MUST if you are in the neighborhood. Zombie bowl is a little pricey, but definitely worth it ;)
What wonderful decor! What a shame they have such horrible versions of classic tiki cocktails. It seems like they're putting a lot of effort into everything BUT the drinks.
Why are there toddlers in for bar service??? I spend a great of chunk of my income on frozen zombies and mamas peach tea trying to unwind. Why are there kids in the bar when you don't even serve food?
