ZenFoodster: Why travel to Brooklyn for The Bee Sting (only @ brunch) when I can get my fave sweet, savory & spicy pizza every day 'til 9pm @ this midtown location near Grand Central (in Urbanspace Vanderbilt)?!

ZenFoodster: Expect a condensed menu that's pizza-focused. 1 small is a personal-sized pizza. If you're here w/ a gf, share 2 of them: my fave -Bee Sting -and an Axl Rosenberg or Speckenwolf.
Jade Roland: Good omakase, but the price keeps increasing. Now it's $58. The fish was good quality and the rice was decent but the seaweed wasn't great and the execution was just so-so.
Jonathan Friedman: Simple as hell, genius concept. $50 omakase, in and out in 30 minutes (there's literally a timer). Fish is terrific, comes w/ 12 or 13 pieces, enough to fill you up. Seared wagyu pieces are insane.
ZenFoodster: Popular 10-seat outdoor sushi counter now has a bigger indoor space - Sushi on Jones II- w/ same 30-min, $58 omakase BUT offers more fish (vs. 10-pc outside): 12 nigiri including uni, wagyu, and toro.
Candace Chang: Absolutely amazing. Start with the Testa (thinly sliced pork cheek)+Mozzarella, followed by the Gnocchi (THE best), get the rib-eye & finish with the Bomboloni (beignets) and don't forget the wine !!
Scott Boni: The mozzarella antipasti was terrific, the gnocchi was maybe the best gnocchi I've ever eaten, and the cioccolato desert IS the best desert I've ever had. So....I'm saying you should eat here.

ZenFoodster: Pissed @ cashier selling me xtra Habañero salsa for 85¢ (hwy robbery) w/o mention of FREE salsas by mural. No tip 4 her! Shrimp in taco was fresh but not deshelled 100%. Ckn Quesadilla is better deal.

Thelocaltripper: I read russian dumplings and I said I have to try them. Tried the chicken and the shredded beef with pork. The latter was fantastic and the pickle really adds a touch as weird as it might seem.
