Good work out today, and swim. I love the cold pool. 2 minutes at 55 degrees is a great way to cool down.
Wish they would switch to salt water filter for pools. Much healthier n non-toxic.
Best finish is jacuzzi, suana, jacuzzi, cold plunge then jacuzzi.
- Good workout today, spent 2 minutes in the cold tub, at 54 degrees.
