- NetsirkDecember 21, 2014Try their cardio class on Weds/Thurs night for an excellent, sweaty work out. Their Pilate and Yoga classes are great too if you want to get in shape/feel great!

- Sid GantrySeptember 8, 2014I like to take classes in the middle of the day. There are only ever a few other students and I get the one-on-one attention all middle children crave. Seriously nice people.
