This place was incredible, highly recommend the buttermilk biscuits, chicken, waffles & watermelon, enough for 2 to share. Try to book if you can to avoid any queues as it's pretty busy at the weekend

Like others have said, order the Chicken N Watermelon N Waffles with a side of mac and cheese and share both. Even the bourbon maple syrup and honey hot sauce is to die for.

Best fried chicken ever! So dam juicy it's unbelievable. The fried chicken and waffles is enough for two so don't be intimidated by the price. The watermelon sling is refreshing not too sweet!

You'd best be starving cuz portions are big! Start with fried green tomatoes and the chicken biscuits. Share the chicken and waffles and mac & cheese (ranked top 10 in US). Blueberry Bourbon lemonade!

Call ahead for reservations; if you don't, you'll wait at least 45 mins for a table. Go to the bar while you wait; they bartenders will let you sample the alcohol before you buy. Biscuits are amazing!

Fried chicken is fresh and juicy. Servers all very friendly. Def save room for the deep fried Oreos. It's battered w choco rice crispies and served w fresh oreo ice cream. Need I say more? 😍

So bad for you, but so good. The signature is fried chicken with watermelon, and the chicken is crispy, juicy, all you want in fried chicky. Start with biscuits! Also can't pass a good deviled egg 🐣

Outstanding food and service! I don't know what they put in those waffles and maple syrup but it tastes amazing! Their bourbon lemonade look innocent but are quite strong. Highly recommended!

Fried Chicken is great. My suggestion is to do the Chicken Al-a-cart so you can try one or two different sides. I had the biscuits and Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes, both were exceptional.

Really good quality food. Mama's Chicken Biscuits are the one item that you MUST get. The place is usually crowded so you might want to make a reservation. Not cheap at all by the way.

Mana's chicken biscuits are to die for. If you don't have a reservation or only you, walking and sit at the bar. Awesome service and no wait :)

My faves: fried green tomato BLT, surf & turf (the pork belly rocked) & the Strawberry Shortcake. Also, DC peeps: they have some good Virginia vino on the menu. Support em!

Fried green tomato, shrimp & grits, the chicken... come hungry it’s all great. If you’re not a bourbon drinker try any of their cocktails with vodka.

Their fried chicken and beef brisket sandwich are must! Fried chicken very juicy inside and crispy outside. The brisket sandwich is so flavorful almost tasted like short rib. Waitress is super sweet.

They are know for the delicious fried chicken, brisket biscuits, beef steak, grilled shrimp and roasted bird. We had them all, never regret that!

Don't pass on the chicken. It is moist and delicious and crispy skin that is addictive. Also recommend the fried green tomato BLT - great melding of favors none overpowering. Yum

We had the braised ribs , mango salad and rib eye with truffel fries. It was amazing. We’ll go back for the chicken and waffle.. looking forward to that!!a bit expensive but worth it😊

The chicken was incredible. My wife had a mango salad that was also different. Yardbird is very unique and a must go in Miami. The staff are sooo nice and helpful too. My wife and I love it here

We enjoyed our dinner very much! Had the fried chicken, ribs and mac and cheese. Food came quickly and was very tasty. Great vibe and cold beer! Will stay on our Miami list!

Brunch is the best time to go to this southern fried spot. The cocktail menu is great and you must have one. Or two. It can be difficult to get a table, but it's worth the wait.

A proper southern place serving classics like chicken and waffles. Try a variety of items on the menu especially the appetisers. Make sure to reserve a table before hand to avoid a lengthy wait.

Everything was amazing, fresh and full of flavor! Service was great, not what you ordinarily encounter at south beach. Try their southern chicken biscuits, fried green tomatoes and blt eggs Benedict.

Good atmosphere and food. The portions are huge (at least for a woman). The Lewellyns fine fried chicken can easily be shared by two people. The Kale salad was also very good!

It was an hour wait but definitely worth it had one miner mistake i asked for no ham in my shrimp and gritts three were little piece they did remake it but i had a good bite anyway service was great

Fried green tomato BLT, chicken and biscuit...orgasmic! Most of the plates are sharable but as I sat at the bar by myself, I couldn’t thank Stephen enough to give me most of the dishes for one person.

Delicious fried chicken, biscuits to die for, lemon chess pie out of this world and perfect temperature, macaroni and cheese very delicious, ribs were ok but the sauce on the ribs made the difference.

Surprisingly delicious OJ. Fried chicken was a bit underwhelming. Not crispy at all. But definitely get their cheddar waffle & watermelon salad! Oh, fried green tomato was one of the best dishes ever!

This is one of the best restaurants in Miami Beach. Best to go for lunch. The fried chicken is fantastic. Try the fried green tomatoes. Great beer selection.
