Then told we didn't get ByRequest because my level with a roll of her eyes. Not true, used them almost for half of a year with full week stays. That wasn't important to me but the reservations were.

Malli GaribaldiMay 12, 2013Do NOT do the breakfast. It's $25/person, terrible, cold food, and only 2 characters show up for 2 seconds. They take 15% gratuity automatically for a buffet which doesn't even require service!

The bus takes FOREVER to show up to takes you to Disney. 30 mins my ass!

My car got broken into at their vallet parking lot. Horrible service.
Kelley ResopMarch 30, 2013This place is terrible. Such a rip off. Never again. The only thing nice is the lobby. Rust all Over the bathroom door frame. Not at all what the pictures portray on the site.- They did not deliver my daughter's breakfast but did charge for it. They brought it up much later. Night time room service took over an hour. Decided to avoid room service for the rest of the stay.
Matt BDecember 18, 2011Don't stay here. The tram to Disney is ok getting you there but good luck getting back. The bus was extremely late. Oh and wifi doesn't work and only a few elevators work.
Ashley FranceAugust 20, 2012The car rental is a pain. When I booked it they told me a different price as to what I was actually charged and it took an hour to figure it out.
If you are put in the "wings" internet access is hit or miss.- I normally don't fill out surveys but I will this time. I have been polite and understanding, not the grumpy guy that is yelling at an employee that has no control of the situation. Not coming back.
Worst reservations system ever both the fort Myers and this location had the room type wrong...not sure I would trust to book again

Os apartamentos da torre tem vista mais bonita e o predio menor está perto da area de lazer e do estacionamento.
