Had the Canadian - pancakes were nothing to sing about, had to add butter to bring out some flavour. Bacon was nice. Portions are ok if you're truely having brunch i.e. 2 in 1 meal.
Well foods pretty good but the poached eggs weren't runny enough and that is very very disappointing. The menu is bit overwhelming with words. Otherwise, good service, nice aprons, nice decor...
Had hoped for decent coffee - had a burned taste. Apple crumble was dry & tasteless. worst of all, the 'strawberry' milkshake. When complaining, the waiter said they are out, next one tastes the same!
Empty tables available but not being seated. Instead of using the queue system, you'll have a better chance standing in front of the reception desk and checking in person.
Got our drinks, but they forgot our food. Dumb queue system too - if you turn up when they have an avail table, they will let you in - shucks for the poor buggers who left their numbers. Now you know.
The one item I wanted on the menu today was "not available unless you don't mind going without the asparagus." I asked if another vegetable could replace it and was told that would be "impossible".
I hate this place because it's such a Basic place and service is lousy, a lot of wait staff either with poor eyesight or attention deficit. Food is hotel quality.
At Wild Honey we love breakfast. But we're not talking about your grandmother's breakfast. We love the limitless and delicious possibilities of breakfast - sweet, savory, spicy, chewy, gooey, simple and elegant.
