I really don't know what these other people are talking about. This is the worst designed and run airport I have been to in a long time. The director of this place should find another job!
Make sure you are there extra early if you fly Jetblue. They tend to leave before scheduled departure time.

Kevin SambdmanSeptember 9, 2011Beware flights boarding from gate B, the sign above the door doesn't work properly. Monitor above the seating area never showed my flight boarding! Calls for boarding were unintelligible. Bad UA!
Arrive at a time when loved ones will pick you up. Transportation options are limited, expensive, and a tad rude.

Don't get the breakfast sandwiches near the gates...eat ahead of time or stick to a candy bar...
Stuck in security? Take a deep breath and relax... You'll make it; no flight has ever left HPN on time.

Easy airport but VERY crowded. Give yourself plenty of time to check in.
Once you get through security the cloud cafe in the waiting area is cash only and there is no ATM #fail

Only accept cash for food once you're through security. The ATM is outside security so get cash first if you need it.
Easy airport to fly out of -- but the security & baggage check lines are very long in the morning.
Go upstairs to wait. Go through security only to go directly to your open gate.
Katie MayerJanuary 1, 2013They didn't come get my parents in wheel chairs until general boarding was called. They didn't even have another person to wheel they to the gate. I had to push my dad and manage an infant.

The shortest security line I've ever seen! Takes a total of 5 minutes.
