Bill HendrixApril 20, 2018great food in a casual atmosphere. I had the grilled swordfish while the husband had the scallops. Both were excellent. Wine list was also moderately priced and offered good selection.- The soups are all wonderful. The clam chowder is the best in the East Bay, like it hot? Can't miss with the pepperpot. I'm having the southwestern Sweet potato, a spicy, smooth seasonal offering. Yum!

- If you like your cocktails spicy, order the not-on-the-menu "no name" drink (aka "The Tony Danza."
- Jay is the best bartender in the East Bay. Order an original cocktail...handcrafted & legit.
- If you like spicy hot, go for the pepperpot soup. It is delicious! And HOT!
