Extremely helpful staff. Nice location close to dining & shopping. Hotel shuttle within 3 mile radius. The nicest driver too!

Great location! Awesome employees from front desk to housekeeping to young men that drives the shuttle. Will definitely be back. They are very accommodating :)

Staff is excellent. Concierge lounge is one of the better ones I have seen. Rooms facing freeway are noisy...try to get room on other side of hallway.

Thin walls. I heard moaning at 1am and 7am. Not gonna lie I was jealous! On a business trip and ready to get home to my hubby if you know what I mean. Got 1000 points for my complaint so all is good.

They have a free shuttle that will drop you in town and pick you up. Last ride is at 10:30 pm though...

Ask for concierge level with room on Main St. facing Mt. Diablo. It's great to wake up to!

Construction is done! Self parking is a problem when the hotel is full. Forces you to use the valet service.

I would say that sleeping in during renovations here isn't possible - but maybe on other floors, further from the construction...
