Rosen (conference) was full. These condos are right by it and are great. Well appointed, clean, comfortable, efficient and (even with a $75 clean charge for short stays) excellent value

Initially, they gave us a room that had not been cleaned by accident. However, they immediately gave us a new room with an upgrade for the inconvenience. Super clean!

Great location near all the Orlando theme parks and shopping. Easy access from the highway. Spacious rooms. Could be a little cleaner and quieter.

5 stars for the most part. Instead of doing a hotel stay here. 2000 sq feet with 3br 2 bath, pool table, granite counters, master bath almost biggest room in the flat

Great place. Next to a grocery store. Make sure you take the trash out when departing.

Self catering condo/villa rental- bring trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, toilet paper, etc- bring the basics you need at home to get by... Bring own towels! Towels here are like sandpaper! 5 stars

If you are here on business and shipping in, there is different address for USPS than UPS and FedEx- very important- USPS will not deliver to Cayview address- they will return your pkg :-(

Great customer service staff.need to consider transport though:10 mins walk to bottom end of I-drive,so taxis everywhere can get expensive.there's a I-ride stop 10 mid walk away though
