This place continues to go downhill with who they let live here. Very unlike any neighboring apartment complex. Kids running without supervision, extreme loitering at all hours, and more.
Mgr is a con artist forcing residents to pay double for deposits, keys, you name it! Everything in this hell hole is a scam! All employees are useless! Zero repairs!
Used to be nice. Now full of section 8 ghetto gang bangers, wife beaters & illegal aliens! Worst mgmt in Vegas & zero maintenance! Should be condemned!!!
Owners MG Properties are the definition of slum lords! Zero maintenance! Evicting during pandemic which is illegal! Mgr Evy DeJesus is illegal. No RE license!
