Seriously! You have to do something about the service. It’s not ok to stand in line for 20-30 min just to get a beeper thing and have to wait another 30 min for the food.

Very strange, confusing ordering system. They think it is a "feature", but in reality this causes long waiting time. But food is good.

It's quite a McDonald's atmosphere: self service, noisy, crowded, personnel who hate their jobs.. ok, ok, Vapiano is definitely the better fast food!

just don't bother. the lack of table service, slow moving queues, and multiple food orders is not what i would expect. no seats whilst waiting, either.

Also ein komplizierteres Restaurantkonzept als vapiano kann man sich kaum vorstellen. Jeder muss sich für sein Gericht anstellen und ist zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten fertig zum essen! Nichtmehr mit mir
