Pan de Lechón. Definitely. But it can sometimes be a little dry so get extra sauce. The sauce makes the sandwich.

Go to Yiyas and order a bacon, egg & cheese sandwich on cuban bread with cafe cubano. Fantabulous breakfast with minimal grease & great bread.
