Had to pick up a package here - legitimately nicest guy ever at customer service desk, no line whatsoever. Two thumbs up.

Couldn't explain frustration I had with my call to UPS. They block any discussion by flashing this on the screen : "Text must be at least 10 characters and less than 200"
