This 2011 ocp cabernet sauvignon was harvested in 2 separate lots on sept 27th & 30th 2011. fermented to dryness, it was aged in arie-dried American oak casks for 15 months. the final assemblage was 75% cabernet sauvignon, 23% petit verdot & 2% cabernet franc all grown in the outer coastal plain

The 2010 outer coastal plain growing season was perfect w/ a very long hot dry summer, excellent ripening & amazing resulting wine quality. We believe that this vintage is even better than the 2007 release which finished in a statistical dead heat w/ the 2004 mouton rothschild, haut brion & montrose at the recent judgment in princeton. This may well be the vintage of the century!!!! This reserve release is composed of 75% cabernet sauvignon, 20% petit verdot & 5% cabernet franc. The wine is currently in new air-dried american & french oak & will remain for a period of 24 months. Barrel tastings by the tomasello cab assemblage team have been exciting. This is a stunner w/ balanced fruit, mid-mouth structure & lingering tannin. The wine was bottled on january 10, 2013. production is limited

2008 outer coastal plain cabernet franc the 2008 outer coastal plain cabernet franc was harvested from our vineyard on october 6, 2008. it was fermented to dryness over 14 days w/ a S.Cerevisiae originally isolated from a languedoc terroirs. After fermentation, it was transferred to air-dried oak casks for a period of 28 months. The final assemblage was 95% cabernet franc & 5% petit verdot, all grown in the outer coastal plain. With an unexpected firmness & smoothness despite its medium body, our cabernet franc has a lasting finish of green peppercorns & rich espresso. A great wine to savor w/ cheeses, or pair w/ game, light cuts of meat, & mediterranean dishes. 87 point winner at the world wine championships – beverage testing institute describe the wine as: “dark garnet black color. Dried lavender, thyme honey, wild berry & tomato on the vine aromas. Supple & round w/ a dryish medium-to-full body. Herb de provence, crunch apply & dusty mineral notes rise on the crisp, chewy tannin finish.”

The 2009 outer coast plain Syrah was harvested from our vineyard on september 24, 2009. the grapes were whole berry fermented w/ stems too dryness w/ a yeast isolated from the rhone valley whose characteristics promote a wine of fresh forward fruit. after completing fermentation, the wine was transferred to air-dried casks for a period of 17 months. the result is a well balanced wine w/ soft rounded edges. the final assemblae is 100% syrah.

The 2010 vintage was finished in American oak for 12 months. it is best characterized as a medium-bodied beaujolais style red w/ a slightly peppery finish. the best pairings for the chambourcin’s unique finish are sharper cheeses (esp. blue veined) , duck or lamb dishes, caesar salad & pasta marinara sauce.

American ranier red (non-vintage) tomasello table wine named after our grandmother, the famous ranier red is a sweet red wine w/ the taste of freshly picked grapes. Its intense grape character owes its beautiful fragrance primarily to native american concord grape. With a sweetness level of a dessert wine, it is perfect w/ walnuts & stilton cheese. Made every year at our winery since its inception, over 78 years, it enjoys a very loyal following that grows everyday! For the sweeter palette, it is the most intense of the ranier wines.

It is perfect w/ a pan-seared filet mignon served over a jumbo grilled portabella w/ an autumn leaf red reduction. Autumn leaf red is the essence of autumn.

This is a dry buttery malo-lactic naked chardonnay w/ no exposure to oak. It is very approachable w/ forward fruity character & was fermented to dryness w/ prise de mousse. Excellent w/ soft cheeses, & baked whole grilled branzino fish in a lemon caper reduction.

Wonderful hints of grapefruit highlight this delightful outer coastal plain grown crisp white. Classically refreshing & perfect for all seafood, summery grilled chicken dishes, cheeses & leafy green salads. A taste of summer in every sip!

Grown in our southern new jersey vineyards, this mysteriously named ancient vinifera variety is reputed to originate from the caucasus mountains bordering armenia --the smallest of the former soviet republics. Known at one time to be the third most planted varietal in the world, rkatsiteli produces wines that are spicy w/ underlying hints of pear. The rkatsiteli pairs exceedingly well w/ spicy dishes & is a great alternative for riesling or moscato style wines.

Tomasello moscato is a delightfully perfumed white whose nose delivers hints of peach, lichee & melon. It is characterized w/ a balanced acidity & a lingering creamy sweetness w/ pronounced honeydew. This wine works well on many levels: w/ brie & fresh fruit, w/ grilled sea scallops & w/ crème brulee’ dessert. We suggest that you serve it slightly chilled.

American ranier rosé (non-vintage) tomasello table wine tomasello ranier rosé is a moderately sweet rosé wine w/ the taste of freshly picked grapes. Made primarily from the native american grape known as the catawba, the fruity, intense character of the catawba is also well-suited as a dessert wine beyond the table. It is perfect w/ poultry, semi-soft cheeses or slightly spicy dishes. Made for over 78 years at our family’s vineyard, it enjoys a very loyal following that continues to grow everyday! For the sweeter palette, it is of medium intensity of sweetness of the ranier wines

Tomasello blueberry moscato is a blend of 100% blueberry wine & moscato. This blend combines the fruity & delicate character of outer coastal plain blueberries w/ the spicy perfume of moscato. So easy to drink character w/ a hint of sparkle. Great serve chilled & garnished w/ frozen blueberries.

Tomasello blueberry wine for over two decades ago tomasello winery has been producing 100% pure blueberry wine from cultivated high bush blueberries grown on the atlantic county new jersey blueberries. The wine is semi-dry w/ soft & perfumed hints of blueberry. Recent studies prove blueberry wine to be very high in antioxidants. Tomasello‎ red raspberry wine made from 100% willamette raspberries. Intense raspberry flavor from start to finish. There is a perfect balance of sweetness & acidity. Tomasello red raspberry is the perfect compliment to chocolate & chocolate desserts. The acidity of the red raspberry cuts through the sweetness of the chocolate leaving your palette clean without being overly thick. We suggest a rich chocolate pate.

Tomasello cranberry wine is a perfect balance of light sweetness & tart, refreshing cranberry. The color is an intense cranberry red & the aroma is enticing, especially when served at room temperature. This 100% natural cranberry wine can be enjoyed on its own or as a complement to an array of foods. Tomasello blueberry 50% - pomegranate 50% made from a blend of 50% tomasello blueberry wine & 50% tomasello pomegranate wine, this fine wine is the perfect balance of the fruity fragrant character of fresh blueberries & the tangy character of pomegranates. Excellent as an aperitif, w/ your favorite bubbly as a kir, w/ cheesecake or in a blue-pom martini.

2012 tomasello atlantic county vidal blanc ice wine partially frozen vidal blanc grapes were harvested from our vineyard, pressed & used in the fermentation of this vidal blanc ice wine. The harvest sugar was 37.3% by weight w/ the post-fermentation residual sugar at 15%. Wonderful honey & berry character. Best served chilled as a dessert wine & vidal ice wine is at its best when served w/ creme brulee'

A‎ recipe wine made from moderately sweet native american grapes flavored w/ natural almond & vanilla. "Amaretto-like" without the harsh astringency of alcohol. Excellent over ice cream w/ almond cookies or use in the pan to made a reduction for almond encrusted sea bass. Tomasello broomstick brew is delightful blend of red wine & mulling spices. 2010 tomasello atlantic county vintage port made from 100% oak aged 2010 chambourcin & finished to an alcohol content of 18% in a late bottled vintage style w/ a nice balance of fruit & residual sugar. Great w/ stilton blue topped w/ candied walnuts in front of the fire after dinner.

The‎ 2011 outer coastal plain sparkling pinot noir is a blend of 85% pinot noir & 15% chardonnay cuvee' both estate grown in our vineyard. The cuvee' is a soft bodied red w/ pronounced fruit character & underlying structure. The cuvee' was fermented into sparkling using the methode champenoise aged in the bottle & then disgorged & finished dry. Sparkling pinot noir is a very versatile bubbly that pairs nicely as an aperitif w/ a variety of cheeses & light pasta dishes.

This methode champenoise sparkler is the driest sparkling wine that we make. The primary fermentation was effectuated w/ a champagne strain of prise de mousse yeast w/ a subsequent malolactic fermentation to add complexity & softness. Finished without dosage thus natural, this sparkler has a very very dry. Great w/ smoked scottish salmon

This methode champenoise sparkler is made from a vidal blanc cuvee pressed from whole-berry vidal blanc grapes. While often thought of as the driest of the blanc de blanc sparkling wines, the ‘extra-dry’ is actually slightly sweeter than the ‘brut.’ our extra dry has a soft fruity character w/ a light dry yeast bouquet.

Made from a base wine w/ a combination of noah & villard blanc. Finished in the famous italian spumante style, it is the sweetest sparkler that we make. This sparkler is very pleasant w/ nice yeasty character & excellent w/ a dessert course or on its own.
