We loved this place. So ancient. Not everyone is friendly. It's clear a lot of local shops don't like tourists. But they're rudeness is offset by the others loveliness. de javu is a must eat at.

Beautiful village with small alleys to walk around. Don't miss the view of the beach from several spots. Be willing to explore for nice places to eat and shop.

Stroll down Corso Umberto I from Porta Catania to Porta Messina and enjoy the beautiful historic buildings and the amazing panoramas of the Sicilian east coast and Mount Etna.

Taormina has two parts: the Greek city, which runs from the Greek-Roman Theater to the clock tower on Piazza IX Aprile, and the medieval Norman city that stretches from there to Porta Catania.

Lovely small touristic city. One of the most interesting in whole island

If there are to many people on Corso Umberto I go to the nearby smaller streets. And don't miss to visit the Greek theatre (best at morning or evening). Or take a walk upstairs to Castelmola.

Best way to get here is to take the gondola. Park in the lot at Mazzaro and avoid the traffic in Taormina, plus you get a bonus view from the car.

Very clean but very narrow city. All sightseeing is around high street. Magnificent views!

Taormina has only one important sight, its Greek-Roman Theater, and a single day is plenty to experience the town.

One of those places where you love to come back... Spectacular view at night and day, nice places to hang out and to enjoy good food.

If you have a car, Lumbi can be a great option to park it as it offers free shuttle to city center

Be careful where you park your car. Tight streets. And bad restaurants. But the city and the view is beautiful.

Не в сезон пустынно. Поесть с 14 до 19 часов решительно негде. Из разведанных красот-только греческий театр. Поездка на один день-достаточна что бы пройти городок вдоль и поперек
