Stravaigin is a serious foodie’s delight. The cool contemporary dining space in the basement has booth seating, and helpful, laid-back waiting-staff to assist in deciphering the audacious menu.
Lovely curved zinc bar to the right when you enter. Sit at the curved end for the perfect flaneur-style view of the window and street outside or looking back into the bar for a bit of people watching
Fantastic for a drink or a meal or both. This time had cod with crispy chicken wing, stonebass with mussels and clams, them cheese to finish. Always really popular. Great craic.
A really interesting selection on the menu, great for brunch or dinner. Service can be slow but what’s the rush? Grab a seat downstairs for a more cozy afternoon catch-up.

Not a fan of the burgers (meat overdone, is that liquid smoke?, buns meh), but everything else I've tried is fab, especially the soups and specials. Love the vibe and decor!
Entry-level has a buzzing two-level bar that’s open 11am to midnight daily; you can also eat here. There are always plenty of menu deals and special culinary nights.
You really have to be careful when attempting to use the hand dryer in the gents. FAR too close to the urinals. Bum touching a serious danger. Still, great food, drinks and staff!
Food is great but a bit too slow over here. Take around 30 minute to have the first dish. Which is too long for customer to wait. However overall still acceptable due to friendlywaitress
