Joe is a nice guy, I don't know what that person's problem is. And the service plans have always been great to me. The Webster store takes great care of me!

Makes sense to me that you have to send in the broken item for a replacement...they have always been helpful to me.

Joe Miller(Asst Manager) is a JERK!!! Replacement Plan they push push 2 sell u is such Bullshit!! They need 2 better explain that u have 2 send broken merchandise in 2 get a replacement.
