Nicest ticket attendant on the planet. She brings free candy and also has a free book sharing bookcase set up by the ticket window.

Young local ruffians may harass you after school hours. Stand your ground, they ain't got no heart. One or two well-placed elbow throws should pacify them should they start a fight
