This cooking class was one of the best things I did on my trip to Thailand. The classes were fun, informative and resulted in delicious food.

Best cooking and food in Koh Samui. A must for visitors to the island. You get to cook a lot of food so be prepared to bring some home. 

For all the Thai noobs out there: beware the little "birdseye" chilies. Though small, they will obliterate your mouth with a spicy vengeance.
