A great place to pick up produce, beverages and dried herbs. Like many downtowners, I've been a Sac COOP member for years and compliment my shopping trips at Gluten Free Specialty with trips here.

We love them! I have a gluten allergy and they have so many selections for me. The staff is really knowledgeable (especially in the wine & cheese area) and kind. We love everything they have to offer.

Like coffee? The co-op has a vast selection of organic fair trade coffee beans and a grinder on location. They also carry some nice chocolate brands including Madecasse.

Get some Terra Firma strawberries. Add sugar to draw out juices and a little Abita Strawbeey Amber. Reduce to make syrup for your pancakes, ice cream and sponge cake or other awesome dishes!
