If you think your going to be able to duck down here with the family & grab a feed of fish and chips to eat on the pier, think again. Crowded, lots of traffic, & mostly only restaurant food.

They need to build new commercial spaces that will attract high end retailers. Right now there is nothing on offer but mum & pop shops.
