A carnivore's delight! Beef ribs excellent. I'm pleased that they can cook steak to my liking, as I prefer it on the rare side and a lot of places over-cook it. Not here, though!

I can't go past the Angus eye filet served with chips & creamy garlic sauce. Add a side of fried onion rings (big enough to share). Yum!
