Upstairs is the best place to study, numerous cubicles with power outlet in each for laptops. Downstairs is best place to sleep, numerous couches and sofas.

If you want to talk loudly, then go outside or go to the group study room next to computers's room. For Christ's sake ,upstair is supposed to be a quiet place
