Much credit & gratitude to Gilbert who took over Energy Pilates/Yoga to a newer & cleaner fitness studio, our sanctuary. Love that we have our old classes again AND some other varieties too.

Classes with Gilbert is awesome. Old favourites by Dennis, Darren, Ethan, Kim & Ken. You know what, go for all lah. I'm bias cause i love this place.
