A very helpful and friendly staff. Didn’t even mind paying full price for a pair of sneakers because they helped me pick the right pair specifically for my feet/arches.

UES 66 st stinks & the 57th st. caters to tourists and conservative family who have clue to 'trends'. sneaker collection is outdated and boring. jus sayin...

Plan to spend over an hour for the worst service and poor wifi so they can't help boot up your FuelBand (according to the sales assoc). I look forward to the "For Lease" sign in a matter of months.
