Nice scenic place...take the trip organised by Forest department..250 per person to see the lion safari,deer n croc park...Also avoid stay at the KTDC restaurant there!

A district in the southern Kerala, Trivandrum is famous for a dam called Neyyar Dam. It is a popular spot for sightseeing and constitute high volume of water supporting the life of wild animals.

Almost 32 km from Trivandrum city, which comes across 12,000 hectares. It offers trekking options,watch tower,deer park,lion safari park,crocodile rehabilitation center and boating facilities.

Take the lion safari package by boat which include visit 2 safari park, crocodile nd deer park by boat. Rs 250 per adult and Rs 125 for children. Or u can have a special private boat trip for Rs.2500.

Nettes Ausflugsziel im Hinterland von Trivandrum. Laut lonely planet gibt es da sogar Löwensafari, Krokodilfarm und ähnliches. Man sollte aber nicht in der Vorsaison kommen.
