Hole in the wall restaurant bc you have to turn into an alleyway to get here but the Malaysian food here is pretty authentic! My fav is the Assam laksa which is a good mix of spicy and sour.

My favorite lunch is beef curry rice. For dinner with friends get the asam fish head curry. It's a generous portion perfect for sharing.

Curry beef brisket noodle soup. Roti canai. Hainanese chicken. If you’re with a group, the fish head curry casserole with a side of chicken-flavored rice.

I'm a Malaysian who came here to give this restaurant a try. It's up to standard. Worth trying. FYI, the owner is a Malaysian Chinese. Try talking to him. He's really friendly.

Great local, authentic Malaysian food hidden in Chinatown. Food is always good and cheap. Recommend for veggies: Kang Kung belacan.

The beef satay was very flavorful and not drowning in satay sauce as it can sometimes be! The coconut rice is also a delicious choice.

Try the Nasi Lemak - I would prefer it to come with beef rendang instead of chicken curry. But this was very good.

I ordered two dishes for take away and to say the truth they were rather average. I was disappointed. Curry mee for example is much better in Nyonya.

It's a little pricey for Chinatown, but it's decent. The Haianese Chicken is waaaay overhyped- don't bother getting it. The beef and Chinese broccoli ($15) is delicious though!

Must try the chicken satay and hainanese chicken. Roti canai was subpar. This place gets closer to true Malaysia taste than Nyonya.

Try what other reviewers recommend. My friends did and they raved. I tried the salt fish and chicken fried rice it was okay. The fish was stale tasting to me.
