Micro Center has the best, most helpful tech support of any electronics store I've ever purchased from. The floor guys can be hit or miss on tech knowledge but more hits than misses in my experience.

Sometimes have better deals than Fry's and the associates are much more friendly; would rather drive all the way out here than going to Fremont or Concord (I live in Oakland).
