Epic fail. Went on the Monday of Thanksgiving week not much traffic on the streets and not very busy at McDonalds. I had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru and the line was in Kroger parking lotUpvote2Downvote- When I say I need x amount of creamer/packs of sugar in the bag, that means I want it IN A BAG... They have the WORSE service during the morning shift. Was here at 7:15am. So many complaining about it and saying they will not be back again. Sad mgmt doesn't have a handle on it.UpvoteDownvote
