Amazing cheap soul foods- catfish, pancakes, beans, iced tea! Atmosphere is cute and eclectic too- like you walked into your grandmothers living room

Despite a sparse red and white interior, this corner joint serves heaping portions of Southern comfort food, be it fluffy pancakes or pork chops, as well as cheap dishes such as eggs on wheat bread.

The morning wait is a bit long because there aren't enough people doing that shift I guess but the staff is friendly and the food is delish

The people are nice, so it pains me to say this may be the worst breakfast I've ever had. The corned beef hash was clearly from a can, the grits were tasteless, and the coffee horrendous.

They claim they have the best mac n cheese but I was completely unimpressed with it. Fried chicken was crispy but didn't have much flavor. I will say the mashed potatoes and corn bread are AMAZING.
