Been here 5+ times
Have been here about five times. Three of the five times they screwed up the order and not even an apology or anything. Food is actually good but they really need to work on their service

Self service if you sit outside. $180 for 2 and $210 for 3 lunch courses. Retarded staff: I was standing in their face being ignored until I yelled HI. I miss the old spanish tapas place here.

They got a somewhat impolite waitress here. We got a gang of 9 people and requested 5 more glasses for a third bottle of wine. She asked "5 glasses?! So you need 5 more glasses?!", more than twice.

i'd ordered wagyu beef sandwich and it was unexpected taste, need some more improvement with the quality and the taste as well..the staff was unhelpful ,disappointed! Although self-service..

I should have read the reviews before coming. decided for their brunch. food is totally mediocre the worst was the "Spanish omelette" it was so small even a child wouldn't have had enough. Avoid.

Service sucks, food is boring! Our main course were on the next table for few minutes!! And it came before the starter! They did that to the other two tables next to us as well, totally mess up!!!

Found a bad review I have written here in 2014, gave it another chance today, I think it is time we give up this place permanently...bad service and wrong orders. Taking my money elsewhere...

Disappointed. The wagyu burger tasted bland as the patty lacks seasoning. They will also need stepping up their coffee if they are charging $45 a cup.

Avoid. Left angry. Forgot main course and bread, told us was "not in system" but was on bill! Terrible and unbelievable service.
