Watch them bottle milk on the other side of a large window when you visit at 2 pm on a Wednesday. On other days, they finish bottling much earlier. Call ahead if you REALLY want to see them bottling.

DuPont Cheese! They get their shipments on Thursday and are sometimes out by the weekend. The best Colby cheese.
