I asked one of the staff for the safety eyes that I need to make stuffed animals. She said they don't have them and I found them anyway. Not very helpful

Framing dept needs a customer service lesson. Came to pick up my order, (previously paid for), but I was made to wait while she helped a customer pick out mats and frames for a custom order.

Jo-Ann's doesn't carry any candle making crafts so don't even waste your time asking, also the employees as this store location are often really rude
