    Been here 10+ times
    Very much for elderly British tour groups. Far from an authentic Lake Como experience. Be sure to skip the buffet breakfast despite it being included.

    Beast tip for this hotel Is - "DO NOT STAY HERE ! Rooms can be bitterly cold in the Autumn especially if they stick you in the annexe called Villa Gina - there is no central heating just aircon/heater

    Full of elderly british people (large groups), the area where the buffet is smells badly, try to avoid eating in the hotel (even breakfast)

    La posizione è spettacolare. Fronte lago e vista su Bellagio. L'albergo ristrutturato non è all'altezza del suo passato e mostra quel decadimento dato da una non perfetta pulizia e buffet scadenti
