Service was OK today. Coffee, milkshake and ice coffees all came to table staggered. Coffee was finished before ice coffees arrived. Great view over lake.

Despite a problem with our order the staff were genuinely apologetic and fixed the issue. Extremely friendly and good natured. Food was good too.

Not sure when everybody else gets here to get the bad service and coffee, but at 10am on a Friday there's nothing to complain about. Good coffee here. in Fact, it's better than most of France's.

EXTREMELY slow service. I don't buy the "when it's busy" argument, if you have a certain number of tables, you should be able to serve them in a reasonable time.

Drew to the waitresses attention that the tapas were expensive for the small amount of food on the plate. Then when we went to pay the owner was really obnoxious... We won't be going back

Only half our food came out and then 20 minutes later the rest came out. It was cold. Won't be eating here again.
