    Ahhhhh... the bubble... it's like living in a dream!!! Beautiful streets, love the over hanging trees, parks, & homes! Wonderful school system, extremely safe, & family friendly!!!

    The HP District is so much better than the Dallas school district that families will rent mansions in HP just so their kids can go to school there. It saves the private school tuition.

    Been here 50+ times
    Real Estate in HP is at a premium. Older homes are purchased, torn down and a new, modern home replaces it. The land is the real value.
