    Been here 10+ times
    You pay $5 a month for parking, yet you can never find any. They never tow illegally parked vehicles. You should never have to park 4 parking lots away from your building if you are paying.

    These townhomes are gorgeous, spacious, and professionally managed by Aimco. Staff is extremely pleasant. I highly recommend!

    Been here 10+ times
    Don't move here. Over priced for the lack of services and modernity. Many hidden fees in the rent.
